Return & Replacement Policy

At Pryntee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and replacements for eligible orders under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Request Window: To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 15 days of your order date.

  • Process: Simply reach out to us at hello@pryntee.com with your order number and a description and photo of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your request is approved, we’ll work with you to ensure a prompt replacement or return, whichever you prefer
